  • Verification: Because we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, our team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to verify your order details before dispatch. Failure to confirm may result in order cancellation.
  • Payment Method: All payments are to be made in cash to the courier representative at the time of delivery. We do not accept advance digital payments on the website at this time.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

  • You agree to promptly update your contact numbers and shipping address so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Incorrect shipping information may lead to package return and order cancellation.

  • Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request for eligible items.
