- We charge a flat delivery rate of Rs. 200 on all orders, anywhere in Pakistan.
2. Order Processing & Verification
- All orders are typically processed within 24 hours of being placed.
- Because we operate exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, our customer service team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to verify your order and address details before dispatching the parcel.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: You can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 5 business days after the order has been dispatched.
- Delays: While we strive to meet these timelines, occasional delays may happen due to public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or courier logistical issues.
4. Shipping Methods & Partners
- We deliver orders across Pakistan through reliable and trusted domestic courier services to ensure your package arrives safely.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been packed and handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
6. Failed or Undelivered Packages
- If a package is undeliverable because of an incorrect/incomplete address or if the customer is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us.
- Please ensure your phone number and shipping address are completely accurate when placing an order to avoid delivery failures.
